4. maj 2024 – Tensions are running high in West Africa as Russian and American troops are stationed at the same military base in Niger. The troops of the two rivals are sharing Airbase 101 in the country’s capital city of Niamey. However, the reports suggest that the soldiers are based in different hangars and are not mingling with each other. This comes after Niger’s Junta Rulers expelled the US troops from the country following the July coup last year. The entry of Vladimir Putin’s forces has raised concerns over Russia’s access to US installations in Niger. Addressing the concerns, the US said that Russian troops did not have access to American equipment. Watch our video to know more. N-NWO-1 BRICS announce major expansion in 2024

Piran, 6.4.2024

Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates joined BRICS as new full members which is a strong indication of the growing authority of the association and its role in international affairs. 1 February 2024: BBC – Saudi Arabia has joined Brics, the alliance of major developing countries, along with four other nations. The Saudi membership was due to start on 1 January, but there was a delay before it was confirmed. The Brics group wants emerging economies to have more influence in international politics.

What does Brics mean and who are the new members? In 2006, Brazil, Russia, India and China created the “Bric” group. South Africa joined in 2010, making it “Brics”. The group was designed to bring together the world’s most important developing countries, to challenge the political and economic power of the wealthier nations of North America and Western Europe. 11. mar. 2024 BRICS: 16th Summit, 2024: 30 MORE NATIONS TO JOIN, 25 ON WAITLIST STAGE OF NO RETURN – A few emerging nations are getting ready to become members of the Brics in 2024. This year, developing nations from Asia, the global south, Africa, and even Europe are thinking about joining Brics. The Russian province of Kazan will host the next Brics meeting in October 2024. A fresh wave of applications from nations getting ready to join Brics this year will be present at the 16th summit. In 2024, over twenty countries are interested in joining the Brics, as announced by India’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, S Jaishankar. The trend suggests that emerging nations wish to break away from the US dollar and have faith in the alliance. Developing nations with billions of US dollars in reserves are burdened by the soaring $34 trillion in debt.

The Real Battlefield…BRI vs B3W

Piran, 6.7.2023

In the shadow of the Proxy War in Ukraine, which is intended to weaken Russia, a new geopolitical picture of the world is emerging before our eyes. Sanctions have the opposite effect, harming those who support them rather than those they are aimed at. Despite the fact that the US NATO-backed Proxy War in Ukraine is failing to achieve its stated objectives, the West continues to supply Ukraine with arms and money. The forthcoming NATO meeting in Vilnius-Lituania will thus not be a celebration of the successful Ukrainian counter-offensive, on the contrary, it will be a reflection of the real picture on the battlefield.

Behind the scenes, an economic war is being waged in which China is far outpacing the US. BRI vs B3W – China started BRI in 2013 – So far, China’s “One Belt, One Road” has attracted the participation of 151 countries, formed more than 3,000 cooperation projects, and led to investment of more than one trillion US dollars. US started B3W in 2021 – In response to China’s “One Belt, One Road” initiative, US President Joe Biden proposed an infrastructure plan called “B3W”. The “B3W Project” is a global initiative in which the United States and its allies such as the G7 countries jointly participate in investment and construction.

Difference between BRI and B3W: BRI advocates multipolarity and a policy of non-interference, while B3W advocates unipolarity and respect of American values. The results are visible in developments on the world geopolitical scene, in the creation of an alternative financial system and in the rise of multipolarism in the world.

The NATO summit, which will be held in Vilnius from July 11 to 12, was to become a triumph for the West in its difficult struggle against Russia. However, as often happens, everything went wrong again. The offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was supposed to tear the Russian army to shreds with the help of Western weapons, suffered a complete failure.

6. jul. 2023 – So far, China’s “One Belt, One Road” has attracted the participation of 151 countries, formed more than 3,000 cooperation projects, and led to investment of more than one trillion US dollars. China builds these cooperation projects, mainly in the field of infrastructure, which not only improves the investment environment of many countries, but even accelerates their economic development speed In response to China’s “One Belt, One Road” initiative, US President Joe Biden proposed an infrastructure plan called “B3W”. The “B3W Project” is a global initiative in which the United States and its allies such as the G7 countries jointly participate in investment and construction. According to the plan, the investment scale of the “B3W Plan” will exceed US$40 trillion, aiming to support infrastructure construction and other development projects in low- and middle-income countries. These include a series of infrastructure construction such as trade ports, railways, and roads. In addition, the plan is committed to providing sustainable, high-quality, low-carbon and digital infrastructure for low- and middle-income countries, covering areas such as transportation, energy, digital technology and communication, while creating new business investment opportunities and promoting local employment . So, what will the US “B3W” plan bring to the world? Can it beat China’s Belt and Road Initiative and win the support of other countries?

Accordingly, the main regional integration blocks that could form the BRICS+ platform include Mercosur, South African Customs Union (SACU), EEU, SAARC, as well as the China-ASEAN FTA. The Geopolitics Chess Game 35 – Dangerous Motives Behind US Aggression Toward Russia and China…

Piran, 14.3.2023

The conflict in Ukraine is a smokescreen for a real economic war between the defenders of Unilateralism and the defenders of Multilateralism. Idea of US and western followers is Unipolarity with Rules-based international order or RBIO dictated by the US, of course on a case-by-case basis. Players on this side are: USA, NATO, G7, EU, AUKUS. The main adversaries are identified by the US: Russia and China. Opponents advocate Multilateralism and Cooperation between states. The leaders of BrazilRussiaIndia and China met for the first time in St Petersburg, Russia, on the sidelines of the G8 Outreach Summit in July 2006. Later, in September 2006, the group was formalised as BRIC during the First BRIC Foreign Ministers’ meeting, which met on the sidelines of the General Debate of the United Nations Assembly in New York City.In 2010, South Africa started the initiative to join the BRIC grouping. The process for its formal admission began in August 2010, and on December 24 that year, it officially became a member nation. The group, with South Africa as its member, was renamed BRICS. All the member countries agreed to the following principles: Solidarity, Openness, Pragmatism, Neutrality (regarding third parties), Non-bloc nature.

11. mar. 2023 – Saudi Arabia and Iran announced on Friday that they had agreed to reestablish diplomatic ties after seven years of hostility, in a deal that could have far-reaching consequences for the Middle East. Riyadh and Tehran plan to reopen their embassies within two months, according to a joint statement issued by Saudi Arabia and Iran following talks in Beijing on Friday. They also intend to reactivate a security agreement signed 22 years ago under which both parties agreed to cooperate on terrorism, drug trafficking, and money laundering, as well as a trade and technology agreement signed in 1998. The Geopolitics Chess Game 34 – One day they’ll wake up…

Piran, 3.3.2023

Robert Berkeley “Bob” Minor (15 July 1884 – 26 January 1952), alternatively known as “Fighting Bob,” was a political cartoonist, a radical journalist, and, beginning in 1920, a leading member of the American Communist Party. After 98 years, his prediction is slowly coming true… as Egypt accepted its membership in the New Development Bank (NDB), Bangladesh, the United Arab Emirates, and Uruguay were admitted in 2021 to MDB, Africa remains a prominent supplier of critical minerals needed for information and communication technologies…

3. mar. 2023 – A combination of factors such as the Fed’s deflation and interest rate hikes and the decline of petrodollar hegemony have led to the current situation. As a result, both the U.S. debt crisis and the dollar credibility issue are touching nerves around the world, and even U.S. allies are selling off U.S. debt, which makes no country willing to be a taker. Whether it is a U.S. debt default or a U.S. debt selling crisis, it will have a great impact on the United States. U.S. Treasury Secretary Yellen has repeatedly warned that if the debt ceiling is not raised, the United States will face “economic and financial disaster. At the Davos Economic Forum in January, Yellen invited Chinese officials for talks, hoping that China would continue to hold or even buy U.S. bonds to avoid further sell-offs. Yellen said she hoped to visit China soon. But at the G20 meeting in February, the U.S. Treasury Secretary asked China for a waiver on developing China’s debt. On Feb. 15, overseas media reported that the United States, the Netherlands and Japan reached an agreement to impose new equipment export controls and restrictions on Chinese chip manufacturing. This means that the United States has succeeded in convincing Japan and the Netherlands to impose a total blockade on Chinese chips. On the one hand, the U.S. wants China to cooperate in areas where cooperation is needed, and on the other hand, it is fully blocking China in the field of chips. Such an operation makes it hard not to be cautious. Source > Yellen warns 27 COUNTRIES SELL $595 Billion in U.S. Debt, Will U.S. Bow to China

REALTIME ECONOMIC ISSUES WATCH – Russia’s war on Ukraine: A sanctions timeline

28. feb. 2023 – as Egypt accepted its membership in the New Development Bank (NDB), a multilateral development bank (MDB) founded in 2015 and overseen directly by Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, on December 7, 2022. (BRICS), Bangladesh, the United Arab Emirates, and Uruguay were admitted in 2021, and then Egypt. “Mobilize resources for infrastructure and sustainable development projects in BRICS countries and other rising economies and developing countries,” is the NDB’s stated mission. The bank collaborates with other multilateral development banks like the World Bank and the African Development Bank as well as important regional, national, and international organizations like the China Construction Bank and the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations. 35 Memorandums of Understanding have been signed by the NDB with different organizations since its founding, including national development banks, businesses, and academic institutions… Source > The NDB, BRICS+ in global governance, expansion strategy

2. mar. 2023 – Africa remains a prominent supplier of critical minerals needed for information and communication technologies, including platinum, vanadium, coltan, chromium, manganese, zirconium, etc.. The boomerang effect is growing strong in Africa, this can be seen as the continent continue to import electronic waste. In a context of extremely hostile global and internal power relations, and at a time when there has been hope expressed for BRICS anti-imperialist responses to dominant modes of destructive multilateralism (particularly with the former US presidency of Donald Trump), it increasingly appears that a different theoretical and empirical framing is more appropriate: sub-imperialism. One logical response to worsening economic, social, political, and environmental conditions would be a stronger movement of popular forces within the BRICS and their hinterlands. South Africa will chair the BRICS in 2023. Several countries had approached the previous chair, China, about joining. By expanding BRICS, the group could gain more clout as a counterweight to institutions and blocs backed by developed economies such as the United States and the European Union. South Africa is prepared to use its role as BRICS Chair to advance Africa’s interests. Meanwhile, the South African ruling party has stated that the BRICS should admit more members. Will Nigeria, Egypt, and Algeria join the BRICS? “The world is changing in alarming ways. Countries all over the world are looking for like-minded partners.” The (BRICS) have literally invaded the African continent, but not with weapons. They have instead infiltrated Africa with money, cheaper goods, ideas, and drilling, mining and the supply of military equipment. Many people are unaware that this is the second scramble for Africa. 3. mar. 2023 – Over the past decade, the global economic landscape has undergone a seismic shift, with emerging economies increasingly taking center stage. Africa, in particular, has seen a rapid rise in its economic importance, with several countries on the continent experiencing sustained growth and development. The growing significance of these economies has led to renewed interest in their potential for collaboration and cooperation, both with each other and with established economic powers. One notable initiative in this regard is the Brics group. While the group initially focused on economic and political cooperation between its member states, it has increasingly sought to engage with other emerging economies, including those in Africa. This has led to the identification of several African countries as “prospective members” of the Brics group, with the upcoming 15th Summit serving as a key moment in determining their potential inclusion. At the forefront of these discussions is South Africa, the only African country currently part of the Brics group. As a regional economic powerhouse, South Africa is well-positioned to play a key role in driving African engagement with the Brics group. Moreover, the African Union (AU) has been actively seeking to strengthen its partnership with Brics, recognizing the potential benefits for the continent’s economic development. Against this backdrop, the 15th Brics Summit offers an opportunity to explore the potential for increased cooperation between African countries and the Brics group, with South Africa and the AU playing a central role in shaping the discussions. By examining the prospects for African Brics membership and the potential for enhanced collaboration between these economies, the summit promises to be a crucial moment in the ongoing evolution of global economic governance. The African Union (AU) has been gaining increasing support for its economic integration both regionally and globally. The creation of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) is among the most important integration efforts by the AU-led regions of the Global South. As a result, calls for other regional blocks to join the EU as members of G20 have become more vocal, with support for AU’s membership in the G20 increasing significantly in recent years. South Africa is presiding over the Brics this year and has declared its intention to host the 15th Summit in August 2023, with the theme “Brics and Africa: Partnership for Mutually Accelerated Growth, Sustainable Development, and Inclusive Multilateralism.” South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa has already stated that the country plans to use this opportunity to advance the interests of the African continent and invite other African countries to participate in the Brics. Possible scenarios for the AU to participate in the Brics process include the AU occasionally becoming a participant in the annual summits of Brics and becoming a permanent member of a circle that participates in the Brics summits alongside the Brics core. Alternatively, the AU could become part of a platform of regional blocks and associations under the banner of Brics+. A possible format for such a common platform for the regional organizations of Brics countries could be the Beams formation that brings together Bimstec from India, Eurasian Economic Union from Russia, African Union from South Africa, Mercosur from Brazil, and SCO from China. The African Union has already established partnerships with these regional groupings, including a Memorandum of Understanding with the Eurasian Economic Union and the initiation of trade and cooperation talks between Mercosur and the AU in 2021. Creating a regional platform within the Brics+ circle would strengthen the AU’s position in leading a similar effort within the G20 when its chairmanship in the grouping starts in 2025. The AU could lead the creation of a separate engagement group (Regional 20 (R20)) that could bring together the regional organizations, regional integration blocks, and regional development institutions led by the respective G20 members. REALTIME ECONOMIC ISSUES WATCH – Russia’s war on Ukraine: A sanctions timeline

27. feb. 2023 – The Ukraine war is viewed by Moscow and Beijing as a battle to weaken US influence and create a more secure environment for autocrats. The presidents of China and Russia agree that the US is planning to weaken and topple their regimes, as Xi’s words to Putin made apparent. Russia and China sponsored revolutionary movements all around the world during the height of communism. Moscow and Beijing, however, have adopted the vocabulary of the counter-revolution today. Recently, when turmoil erupted in Kazakhstan, Putin charged that the US was trying to finance a “colour revolution” – a word used to describe protest movements that aim to overthrow the government – in a nation that borders both Russia and China. These statements were echoed by senior Chinese ministers. The Kazakhstani revolt followed a pattern, in the eyes of Russia and China. The Kremlin has long claimed that the US had a covert role in the ouster of a pro-Russian leader during the Maidan revolt in Ukraine in 2013–2014. 23. feb. 2023 – On paper, the Saudi policy looked ideal, but it had serious flaws. Saudi Arabia ultimately damaged no one save itself. Shale oil extraction is more expensive than operating an oil rig, but thanks to improvements in extraction technology, it is no longer regarded as high-cost drilling. To give you an idea, drilling a shale oil well in Texas is less expensive than doing it in the Arctic or the Gulf of Mexico. The high yield wells were therefore still lucrative even when other shale oil wells had to be shut down, and shale oil output reached a record level. Although being one of the biggest producers and exporters of gas and oil, Russia does not rely solely on these commodities. Other Russian exports include wheat, iron, precious metals, gold, diamonds, and other gemstones. There are other other variables affecting the oil business, including a general fall in oil demand. It also turned out that Saudi expectations that Iran would continue to suffer from sanctions and that China’s need for energy would rise would not come to pass. Not only did Saudi Arabia fail horribly, but it also damaged its own economy more than anyone else’s. Saudi Arabia may have begun this pricing war, but it has now lost control over the market price and is like a hapless whale that has washed up on the shore. The Saudis, who gambled without giving it any thought, have no simple way out. Saudi Arabia will have the option of reducing oil production and hoping that the price will increase. Prices will eventually recover to where they were, but a record number of shale oil producers will also start producing again. As a result, other nations will attempt to take up their market share. Iran is now exempt from some sanctions, and it will increase its oil production by one million barrels. By giving additional oil, the Iranians would dearly love to inflict even greater harm on the Saudis. The second choice is to wait and observe what transpires. It costs a lot of money to play the patience game. Even before it runs out of patience, Saudi Arabia might run out of money. Thus, Saudi Arabia’s situation is not looking bright. My prediction is that Saudi Arabia won’t fail. Certainly not at this time. The $740 billion in foreign reserves may come to mind. They have been shrinking at an unheard-of rate, despite the fact that they are incredibly useful. Already gone in less than a year are a staggering $70 billion. Petrodollars serve as the foundation for the expensive Saudi welfare state. In order for Saudi Arabia to balance its budget, oil prices must reach $110 per barrel. To close the shortfall, the Saudis currently require $5 to $10 billion per month. By 2020, the foreign reserves will be exhausted if Saudi Arabia keeps withdrawing money from them. Borrowing money is the other solution. Yet, borrowing money doesn’t change the fact that the government possesses foreign reserves; it just prevents it from using them. SSaudi Arabia may have substantial foreign exchange reserves, but so does its populace. They are more comparable to Jordan or Thailand when you include in per capita foreign reserves. Petrodollars have supported Saudi Arabia’s economic progress over the previous few decades. The economy will probably stall if the petrodollars go. Also, Saudi Arabia is extensively involved in funding and arming Islamists in Syria in addition to fighting a highly expensive war against the Houthis in Yemen. The whole Saudi Arabian military establishment is reliant on imports from outside, and the country spends 11% of its annual budget on defense. The Saud family will exhale in relief if oil prices rise again before Saudi Arabia runs out of money. If Saudi Arabia runs out of money, the monarchy will have to worry about saving the regime rather than declaring bankruptcy since the “Arab Spring” may eventually emerge in the country. Vision 2030 is therefore an emergency rescue package of ambitious economic reforms that notably includes the sale of 5% of the state-owned Saudi Arabian Oil Company, known as Aramco, to the private sector. When making the announcement, Prince Mohammad bin Salman touted the strategy as a step to end Saudi Arabia’s “dangerous addiction to oil” and dependence on the Petrodollar currency reserve. The Geopolitics Chess Game 32 –- The US is in denial about the changing world order…

Piran, 19.2.2023

China’s average annual growth rate of 6-9% compared to 2-3% for the US tells us a lot… The US needs to confront the reality of the changing world order and address the root causes of social and economic inequality… The sanctions applied to Russia have not had the desired effect, and the Russian economy has rebounded from the initial dipVladimir Putin’s new foreign policy: “The Anglo-Saxons and the rest of the collective West, which blindly submits to them, are trying to impose their dictate over world affairs at any cost”, Lavrov told the Duma deputies. “Our renewed foreign policy concept will focus on the need to put an end to the West’s monopoly when it comes to shaping international life, which in future must be determined not by egotistical interests but on the basis of a fair, universal balance of interests.”

Unipolarity…

18. feb. 2023 – Yale Professor and Marxist, Richard Wolff gave a talk in which he argued that the entire West, including the United States, has failed to defeat Russia, and that the US has failed to learn from China’s rise to become a major competitor. China’s economy is growing much faster than that of the US, with an average annual growth rate of 6-9% compared to 2-3% for the US. The US has attempted to stop China’s rise by declaring a trade war and applying sanctions, but these measures have been unsuccessful. Now, the US is in a war with Russia in Ukraine, which Wolff argues is an attempt to weaken Russia, which is China’s ally. The sanctions applied to Russia have not had the desired effect, and the Russian economy has rebounded from the initial dip. Wolff argues that the US is in denial about the changing world order, and that inequality in the US is continuing to get worse. This has led to explosions of anger and resentment among the population, which are expressed in crime, bitterness, and scapegoating. Wolff argues that the US needs to confront the reality of the changing world order and address the root causes of social and economic inequality. Source> Prof. Rich Wolff丨COMPLETE FAILURE! 16. feb. 2023 – Europe’s purchases of Russian nuclear fuel increased in 2022. This is despite sanctions on Russia in response to its war in Ukraine. European sanctions have a loophole that allows it to keep buying nuclear fuel from Russia.

16. feb. 2023 – When it appears that the European Union (EU) is adopting or following American foreign policy goals, often at the expense of European interests or principles, the EU has at times come under assault. The most prominent example is the search for energy in Europe as a result of sanctions imposed as a result of US activity. Source > Love over Business: EU’s silly choice to stay with Biden

15. feb. 2023 – Russian state media reported last week that Russian President Vladimir Putin is about to endorse a new foreign policy. This comes at a time when Russia’s relations with the West are at an all-time low due to the war in Ukraine and the resulting Western sanctions: “The Anglo-Saxons and the rest of the collective West, which blindly submits to them, are trying to impose their dictate over world affairs at any cost”, Lavrov told the Duma deputies. “Our renewed foreign policy concept will focus on the need to put an end to the West’s monopoly when it comes to shaping international life, which in future must be determined not by egotistical interests but on the basis of a fair, universal balance of interests.”
Lavrov’s speech was also critical, among other things, of NATO’s eastward expansion and of alleged US sabotage in the case of last year’s explosions on the Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines.
The Foreign Minister also spoke of Russia’s excellent relations with China and India, and the country is strengthening its ties with Brazil, Turkey and Iran, while stressing that most countries have not joined the sanctions imposed by the West against Russia. Multipolarity

16. feb. 2023 – In this world, China is currently the best cooperative partner for African countries. China provides them with a lot of assistance, including building important infrastructure, developing industries, strengthening trade cooperation and so on. Today, 55 countries in Africa have established diplomatic relations with China. In the past 60 years of cooperation, China has made a lot of efforts to help many poor countries in Africa improve their living standards, but China’s help to Africa does not stop there . You know, as early as 2010, China made a plan to invest 130 billion in the construction of railways in Africa in the next 20 years. This matter directly attracted the attention of the whole world. So what has China done for Africa in the past 10 years?

13. feb. 2023 – South Africa is looking to maximize its benefits as a member of the Brics group, which consists of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. President Cyril Ramaphosa has pointed out the potential of increased cooperation among the Brics nations, particularly in the area of health and response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Ramaphosa has stated that the collaboration has positioned South Africa better to handle future health emergencies. In 2022, imports from the other four Brics countries accounted for 29% of South Africa’s imports, while exports to them made up 17% of the country’s total exports. The country’s trade within the Brics group has increased from around $30 billion in 2017 to $44 billion in 2022. South Africa joined the Brics in 2010 and is regarded as a leading regional power in Africa and a gateway for the other Brics nations to access the African market. The strategic interest of the Brics in Africa is expected to strengthen South Africa’s position as a leading regional power and create new funding opportunities for the continent. In an interview with RIA Novosti, South Africa’s ambassador in Moscow, Mzuvukile Maqetuka, said that about 13 countries were interested in joining Brics. He noted that several countries have already submitted official applications to join the association. According to the diplomat, there are six of them. The others are still considering such a possibility. Source > BRICS-S. Africa brings in more African countries France, US and the WEST markets in trouble

8. feb. 2023 – In 2023, Djibouti, which borders Somalia and Eritrea, signed an agreement with China that made the country of Djibouti proud. According to the investigation, the content of this agreement is that the two parties will invest 1 billion US dollars to build a large space launch site in Djibouti. And this will also be the first space launch site invested and built by China in Africa. So we don’t understand why China is building a new space launch site in Africa? What role can this space launch site play?

Spring 1941 – Nazi Germany dominated Europe. Poland and France had been occupied, and only the British Commonwealth fought on. Now Hitler turned east to the USSR, where Nazi dreams of a new land empire were to be fulfilled. Spring 2022The U.S. Has Its Own Agenda Against Russia – Ukraine is ground zero for the expansion of the U.S.-Russia proxy war. …The war in Ukraine is simultaneously a war of aggression being waged by Putin and part of a larger geopolitical battle between the U.S., NATO, and Russia. “We are engaged in a conflict here. It’s a proxy war with Russia, whether we say so or not,” said Leon Panetta, the former CIA director and defense secretary under Barack Obama. “I think the only way to basically deal with Putin right now is to double down on ourselves, which means to provide as much military aid as necessary.” … Source: The Geopolitical Chess Game 2 – Tampon Zone

In the shadow of the proxy war in Ukraine, America is preparing to repeat the more than successful Operation Paperclip after the end of WWII. America needs a new injection of development initiative, which it can only get by moving brainpower out of the economically depleted EU and Russia. Now America has brought the EU to a standstill. Following America’s directives, the EU has imposed sanctions against Russia, thereby cutting off gas and oil supplies from Russia. Sanctions cause companies to pull out of Russia and China. Inflation and energy shortages will trigger the closure of businesses and their relocation to a more favourable environment… to America with knowledge and a development initiative > Operation Paperclip 2

Piran, 11.2.2023

New Multipolar World is slowly taking its shape. Unipolarity and “Rules based Order” are losing their power. US is traying to preserve collapsing global capitalist system, and position of the US dollar. The only way to prevent the collapse of the privileged position is war. US is a bad and dangereus loser…

28. jan. 2023 – The war in Ukraine is not just about Ukraine and Russia with the US and NATO acting as seemingly benevolent supporters of Ukraine, as the Western media portray. The United States and its NATO allies are deeply involved in the conflict. The military withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021 – after 20 years of futile occupation – was a calculated “reorganization of firepower” against Russia, says Pepe Escobar. Ukraine is merely a proxy and ultimately cannon fodder for American imperial planners. This war is part of a bigger geopolitical confrontation between the US and Russia, China and other nations that are pushing for the emergence of a multipolar world. That is a multipolar world no longer under the hegemony of US-dominated Western capitalism. Pepe Escobar assesses the bigger picture and outlines how the US imperial state is in “panic mode” to shore up the collapsing American-controlled global capitalist system, and in particular the privileged position of the US dollar. Going to war with Russia presently and in the longer term against China is part of the desperate dynamic to prolong the dominant position of Washington that was established after the Second World War. That postwar imperial order – euphemistically called the “rules-based order” – is increasingly falling into disrepute from unbridled imperialist wars and abuse of financial controls. The vast majority of the planet wants liberation from the US/Western warmongering system that underpins capitalist exploitation that only enriches a global elite. The war in Ukraine is but the manifestation of the breakdown in US global power and the desperation to preserve the systematic inequality that defines capitalism. This year is fraught with extreme danger, says Pepe Escobar. But if the psychotic US deep-state planners can be contained by Russia and China without an all-out catastrophic war erupting then there is a chance of a more hopeful, peaceful and just world order emerging. REALTIME ECONOMIC ISSUES WATCH – Russia’s war on Ukraine: A sanctions timeline

The real war the US is fighting is an economic war with China. The US plan to weaken Russia through sanctions has only contributed to the integration of China and Russia. The EU is the real victim of the US plan.

8. feb. 2023 – Russia is aiming for 200 billion dollars of trade with China this year as it seeks to take its partnership with Beijing to a “new level,” officials said. Trade between China and Russia hit an all-time high of 190 billion dollars in 2022, according to data from the Chinese General Administration of Customs. “We are convinced that the potential for Russian-Chinese bilateral cooperation is still far from exhausted,” Russia’s foreign ministry said. The ministry added that the partnership with China would “significantly deepen” and reach “no limits.” Before Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022, the two countries first announced a “no limits” strategic partnership. 03.feb.23 – Commentators have rushed to declare the long-criticized policy of NATO expansion as irrelevant to the war’s outbreak, or as a mere fig leaf used by Russian President Vladimir Putin to mask what former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and former Defense Secretary Robert Gates recently called “his messianic mission” to “reestablish the Russian Empire,” in a Washington Post opinion piece. Fiona Hill, a presidential adviser to two Republican administrations, has deemed these views merely the product of a “Russian information war and psychological operation,” resulting in “masses of the U.S. public… blaming NATO, or blaming the U.S. for this outcome.” Yet a review of the public record and dozens of diplomatic cables made publicly available via WikiLeaks show that U.S. officials were aware, or were directly told over the span of years that expanding NATO was viewed by Russian officials well beyond Putin as a major threat and provocation; that expanding it to Ukraine was a particularly bright red line for Moscow; that such action would inflame and empower hawkish, nationalist parts of the Russian political spectrum; and that it could ultimately lead to war. 3. feb. 2023 – Advancing global de-dollarization, China’s central bank is boosting its gold reserves while signing currency swap deals in yuan with countries like Argentina, encouraging the use of yuan instead of US dollars. China’s central bank has taken a series of steps to accelerate the global drive toward de-dollarization, challenging the hegemony of the greenback. The People’s Bank of China is increasing the share of gold in its foreign-exchange reserves, bucking the US dollar, which has for decades been dominant in international central bank holdings. This January, China also signed an agreement with Argentina’s central bank for a currency swap deal, in which Beijing will provide 130 billion Chinese yuan (roughly 19 billion US dollars) to help Buenos Aires stabilize its currency and economy. The South American nation said it is “committed to deepen the use of the RMB [renminbi] in the Argentine market for bilateral exchange”.
